Day's End

This residence presents a modern take on the Prairie School design with its emphasis on horizontal lines and natural materials that blend harmoniously with the landscape. The façade features a combination of wood and glass, offering both privacy and openness. Wood siding in warm tones complements the earthy, textured masonry, creating a facade that is inviting and grounded.

The home’s pronounced overhangs and linear architectural details echo the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, suggesting a sheltering presence and a strong, organic connection to its environment. Tall windows allow for an abundance of natural light and views of the surroundings, while maintaining a sense of seclusion and intimacy.
